What we ask of you.

A welcome card in new-resident packets or move-in bags.
One building-wide email to residents.
A small QR card or stand in the lobby.
A one-page partnership agreement, with a 12-month first term.
A package room or concierge desk for drop-off and pickup.

Is there any cost to the building?

No. We cover setup, marketing and operations. Your building earns without spending a dollar.

How do residents use the service?

They book online at ConciergeDrop.com in under 30 seconds, or text or call (646) 653-5001, seven days a week. We pick up from and drop off at the package room or concierge desk.

What if residents have issues with an order?

We handle all customer service. Your management team is never involved in complaints or logistics.

How is the revenue share paid?

On the 15th of each month, by check or direct deposit, with a statement of every order and how the 3% was worked out.

Can we cancel if it doesn’t work out?

Yes. After the first 12 months, either side can leave with 30 days’ notice.

Do you serve buildings outside Manhattan?

Yes. We serve buildings across all five boroughs, and come to each building 2–3 times a week on a set schedule.
